Isaiah 40:31

Find a healing path that honors your faith while acknowledging your human limitations. So many times, I have spoken with clients that struggle with feeling like they are defective or a failure. At times, their struggle has been amplified by well-intentioned Christian friends or pastors who don't understand the impact of trauma, depression or anxiety. They are told to put it in God's hands or let go of the past but they have no idea how to make this happen. I am here to show you a way to acknowledge God while understanding your limitations to build a path forward to healing.

We have a two jeep family and enjoy the jeeping community. As part of our activities to build awareness and bring hope, we participate in these events, giving away DV awareness ducks and other materials. We work in any capacity that we can to build awareness.
We are forming a FREE Facebook group Seven Slot Survivors for Jeep ladies who have survived domestic violence to build support and awareness.

We offer e-books, stand-alone video courses, memberships and individual coaching to fit every need and budget.
Our goal is to educate and empower Christian women to heal from past trauma and other mental health struggles by providing a wide variety of methods to suit every budget and need. If you feel that you need additional support that you can not afford, please contact us. We are here to help and will make scholarships available to those with finacial need.
I have a bachelor's in education and a master's in social work from the University of Central Florida.
Additionally, I have a Diploma of Christian Ministry from the Global Ministries Bible Institute.
I have an extensive background in working with women recovering from domestic violence and have worked extensively with clients struggling with symptoms of post-traumatic stress, depression and anxiety.
In addition, I have training in Emotionally focused therapy and have worked extensively with at risk couples.
I believe it is essential for my clients to acknowledge their limitations and practice self-care to aide in their healing. Part of this is to recognize the impact of chronically unstable environments and establish a peaceful place for healing. Once this is accomplished we need to evaluate lifestyle and coping techniques the work with our bodies to improve our mental well-being, build healthy boundaries and communication styles and grow spiritually to become the person God calls us to be.
As a survivor of Domestic Violence, I have a unique understanding of the effects of domestic violence. I encourage my clients to understand their limitations and work with how they are designed to enhance their healing process.
My message to survivors is that you are not defective. You simply were not intended to live in a chronically unstable environment. Make today your time to bloom.
