Morning Cup of Grace

The work of recovery can be difficult. It requires us to look at ourselves honestly. We need to be able to acknowledge where we hurt and where we fall short in order to grow.

Living within your limits isn't a short-coming. It is honoring the way God made you, and enabling you to become the woman that he called you to be.

When you have heard voices telling you that you are not worthy or cursing your very existence, it may be a struggle to silence them. Long after they are silent, the memory lives on. Don't give up on yourself daughter, you are worth far more than you imagine.

Who you are is not dependent on what you do. You are God's daughter, nothing you do and nothing the world says can take that away.
